SOLUTION
Contacting and capturing the real success stories from women of all ages and stages of their careers across 15 short-form videos and 3 hero videos. Released across National Apprenticeship Week, we also created an accessible A-Z energy series to break down any complicated jargon that might be a barrier to entry. On top of that, we paired up with content creators to give tips and advice to boost positive conversations around young women embarking on apprenticeships.
