Insights executive


After a host of exciting new client wins, we are looking to hire an Insights Executive. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about data and social media. If you have a strong interest in spotting social trends and crunching numbers, this could be the role for you.


The Role

We’re looking for someone who is confident working with Excel & PowerPoint, and who has a great eye for detail.

You’ll be working alongside our Insights Manager to build reports for clients to measure performance, as well as playing an active role in benchmarking and reviewing for future opportunities.

Experience working with insights from social media and Google Analytics is preferred. You’ll also be working regularly with social listening and insights tools such as Rival IQ and Meltwater, if you have experience of these that’s great too but we’re happy to train you on the job.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be:

  • Building monthly client reports

  • Pulling together data from a number of tools to create a picture of client performance

  • Reviewing competitor social marketing activity and identifying opportunities

  • Sharing insights and knowledge on any key trends you spot along the way

  • Spotting new developments and trends within the social space


Skills and Experience

  • Great with numbers and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise

  • Experience working with analytics tools preferred

  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role (preferred, but not essential)
