THE BRIEF

Industry leader CitNOW engaged us to improve its social media. We were asked to develop and execute a social media strategy that would both increase brand awareness for the company and contribute to retaining and cross-selling to their existing customers.  

THE SOLUTION

After fully benchmarking CitNOW to understand the industry, we created a content strategy, defining unique content themes for different channels.

 

Throughout our analysis, we discovered that audiences on LinkedIn and Twitter enjoyed product education best, while those on Facebook liked posts on internal culture.

Working closely with the CitNOW team for graphics, we crafted content for all stages of the B2B consumer journey: from awareness to purchase and advocacy.

 

This produced a 700% increase in impressions across all channels – and drove an average of 4 new leads a month through social media.
