THE BRIEF
Subway Scotland tasked us to find a way to attract customers using social media, with a specific focus on the West of Scotland.

THE SOLUTION

While the current Subway voucher books are a great way to showcase deals and encourage footfall, it relies on people remembering their booklets when they visit stores.

To improve this experience, we created digital versions of the booklets – allowing users to save their favourite deal for use, time and again. We utilised Facebook's Instant Experience functionality to highlight the offers, encouraging users to screenshot their chosen deals for redemption in-store.
Targeted ads were created to serve the right deals to the right people at the right time: commuters looking for a breakfast to start their day, hungry office workers at lunchtime, and students looking for a good deal.
